Oliver Wastell

Director / Owner

Worked as a project manager for the Ministry of Defence and NATO for eight years before coming to Nottingham where he established himself as a full-time property landlord in 2006. With the onset of the credit crunch in 2007 and the impact that this has had to date on the availability of finance for home-buyers, Oliver spotted a gap in the market place for Rent Now Buy Later solutions in 2009. Since this time Oliver has been working on bringing home ownership opportunities to the market to fulfil the growing demand for this viable way of getting onto the property ladder. Oliver has recently teamed up with Colm McKeown, who heads up Sales, in order that he may concentrate on sourcing more properties.

Colm is a graduate of Dublin City University in Digital Media Engineering (2005). Having worked in a variety of different industries Colm’s career has now been firmly grounded in property since 2010. Like Oliver, he believes there is a genuine problem in the market place where people are finding it difficult to get onto the housing ladder. Colm’s customer relations skills and ability to do things differently have enabled us to help several people onto the property ladder whose home ownership aspirations would otherwise have remained a dream. Colm is heavily involved in marketing our opportunities, organizing viewings, paperwork and moving our proud buyers into their new homes. Colm looks forward to helping you get on the first step to home ownership.

We are a family run business with over 30 years experience in the property market. Our director Oliver Wastell is an established landlord in Nottingham. Our business enables our tenants to buy some of our houses over an extended period of time. Our tenants treat our houses as their own as they will one day own the property.
